• Every class has a nominated Class representative and Vice class representative who provide a feed back of the whole class of the institution through their Class teachers who in turn pass on the information to the concerned HODs, who further convey the same to the Head of the Institution. The feedback from all the classes will reach the Management through the Principal / Director.
• Any additional requirements, services or grievances will also be represented through proper channel as mentioned above.
• Some times the class representatives will also be called by the Principal/Director to get the feedback about Faculty performance
• The Management will also call upon the students on random basis so as to know the opinion about the overall institutional governance so that they can take appropriate measures for improvement.
• The student feed back forms distributed among the students for faculty performance & filled can be collected and evaluated for faculty appraisal.

Faculty and staff can bring their grievances to the notice of their respective Heads of the Departments. Heads will address the issues if they are within their Limits, otherwise will be addressed by the Principal / Director. However, the students can directly meet the Head of the Department, Principal or Director for the redressal of the problems.
